Quick Coconut and Chia Pudding
Recipe Type: Vegan, GF
Super quick breakfast, snack or dessert option.
- 200ml coconut milk
- 4 tbs chia seeds
- 2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries (or other fruit of your choice)
- In a small bowl or glass mix chia seeds, coconut milk and maple syrup until very well combined.
- Place in the fridge and allow to rest for couple of hours.
- Serve with fresh raspberries or other fruit of your choice.
