Quick Coconut and Chia Pudding

Super quick breakfast, snack or dessert option.
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 4 tbs chia seeds
  • 2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries (or other fruit of your choice)
  1. In a small bowl or glass mix chia seeds, coconut milk and maple syrup until very well combined.
  2. Place in the fridge and allow to rest for couple of hours.
  3. Serve with fresh raspberries or other fruit of your choice.
