Personal training sessions provide a variety of exercises and motivation to suit. It is a great way to keep challenging yourself.

Great option if you are after an occasional session to refresh your fitness routine, to work on your technique or to see if our style of training is a good fit for you.

  • 30 minute session $70
  • 45 minute session $105
  • 60 minute session $140

Payment by Direct Credit. No minimum term.

Suitable if you are after a weekly session or two, but your time availabilty may vary. With 24 hour notice, you can reschedule your session or transfer it to another service (conditional upon availability).

  • 45 minute session $90
  • 60 minute session $120

Payment by Automatic Payment. Minimum term 4 weeks.

Best option if you like a routine and are able to commit to a definite time. It’s a membership style training and therefore most affordable with some additional benefits such as priority bookings, discounts on other services and more!

Payment by Direct Debit. Minimum term 12 weeks.

Team Training

In our small group classes you get the attention you need without a lot of cost. You will also get a sense of camaraderie and team spirit of a group.

Great option if you are after some new training ideas or if you would like to trial our Team Training options.

  • H.I.T., Powelines, Bootie Therapy, Trigger Point, Gymnastics – 30 minutes $30
  • Boxing, Bootcamp – 45 minutes $20
  • Barbell Club – 60 minutes $60

Payment by Direct Credit. No minimum term.

Our Nutrition Coaching helps you find and stick to an optimal eating plan for you.

After a comprehensive assessment of your goals, lifestyle and food preferences, you will walk away with an easy to follow personalised nutrition guide. You can book in any follow-up sessions as needed. 

  • Goal Setting Session + Personalised Nutrition Guide – 30 minutes $110
  • Follow-up – 30 minutes $80
  • Follow-up – 15 minutes $40

Payment by Direct Credit. No minimum term.

After a comprehensive assessment of your goals, lifestyle and food preferences, you will walk away with an easy to follow personalised nutrition guide. We will pre-book a required number of follow-up sessions.
